We feature two identical studios of this type in our building. Each one perfectly combines self-catering independence with prime access to the sandy shores of Agia Marina, complete with a private entrance and a gorgeous sea-facing balcony.
The Space
The Living & Sleeping Area
Upon entering the 23 m² studio, you are welcomed into a bright, beautifully optimized open-plan space. The sleeping area features two comfortable single beds, which can be easily joined together upon request to form a double bed. The entire space is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV.
The Kitchenette & Dining
Integrated seamlessly into the studio layout is a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing simple, delicious holiday meals. It comes fully stocked with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle, right next to a cozy dining table where you can enjoy your morning breakfast.
The Bathroom & Sea-View Balcony
The studio includes a private bathroom featuring a refreshing shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Stepping outside, the layout extends to your own private balcony complete with outdoor furniture—the perfect, peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the lovely sea views.
