Spanning two levels connected by an internal staircase, our 190 m² fully air-conditioned and soundproofed villa offers the perfect balance of shared holiday fun and absolute privacy for up to 8 guests.

Ground Floor Living & Dining: A bright, open-plan space featuring a comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV and large windows opening directly onto the private pool area. Right next to the seating area is a generous dining table and a modern kitchen fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine.
Ground Floor Bedroom: Ideal for easy access, this level hosts the first bedroom with two cozy single beds, a wardrobe, a TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. An additional full bathroom is located on the ground floor for extra convenience.
First Floor
First Floor Master Bedrooms: Moving upstairs, you will find two spacious master bedrooms. Both feature comfortable double beds, dedicated wardrobes, flat-screen TVs, private en-suite bathrooms, and access to private balconies with refreshing garden, pool, or sea views.
First Floor Twin Bedroom: The fourth bedroom is also on the upper floor, offering two single beds, a wardrobe, a TV, and its own en-suite bathroom. With 4 separate bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, every guest enjoys total privacy.
